What to include in a notice
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is fine).
- The copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
- The link to the content on Space Studios you want removed, specific enough for us to find it.
- Your name, address, phone number and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for them.
What happens next
We review complete notices promptly and remove or disable access to the reported content when appropriate. We let the person who posted it know and pass along a copy of the notice.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address with your signature, the removed content and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, and your name, address, phone number and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district. We may restore the content after 10–14 business days unless the complaining party tells us they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright will be terminated.
You can also flag content directly with the Report button on any Mojo show or episode. See our Terms of Service.
